DD WELLNESS is a spa and wellness center. Our online booking website allows you to:

• Browse our services (hammam, massages, facials, body treatments) • Select a service, date, time, and specialist • Make an online booking • Receive confirmations and reminders via WhatsApp, email, or SMS

When making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information (name, phone number, email). A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation notification.

We ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your appointment. In case of no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to decline future bookings.

DD WELLNESS reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking in case of exceptional circumstances (force majeure, staff unavailability). In such cases, you will be informed as soon as possible and a new date will be proposed.

By using our website, you agree to:
